For many, this doesn't stop once the baby is born. From helping you plan to helping with the household, I am here for you so you can be with your baby in the crucial beginning stages.

Birth Doula and PostPartum Doula Support
When contractions hit a consistent level, the birth plan is set in motion.
I will be with you to help execute the plan, assist during labor and after the birth of the baby.
You may also be learning about induction methods or many other circumstances where support and advocacy are helpful and necessary. It's helpful to have someone to discuss questions and review information with that has experience.
Our postpartum visits help take care of you so you can take care of baby; including newborn care, recovery aid, nutritious meals, cleaning, laundry and more.
All plans are individual and are designed to make you feel supported and comfortable during this time. Prices will vary based on individualized packages. All income levels will be served.
