Birth Doula and PostPartum Doula Support
When contractions hit a consistent level, the birth plan is set in motion. As your birth doula, I will be with you to help execute the plan, assist during labor, and support you after the birth of your baby.
You may also be learning about induction methods or facing other circumstances where birth advocacy, support, and guidance are essential. Having someone to discuss your questions with, who has experience, can be incredibly helpful.
Our postpartum support visits are designed to take care of you so that you can focus on your baby. This includes assistance with newborn care, recovery aid, nutritious meals, cleaning, laundry, and more.
