When contractions hit a consistent level, the birth plan is set in motion. I will be with you to help execute the plan, assist during labor and the eventual birth of the baby. I return the next day to begin postpartum care. All packages include 2 postpartum visits within the first 8 weeks of baby's arrival. Our 4-8 hour postpaturm visits help take care of you so you can take care of baby; including newborn care, recovery aid, nutritious meals, cleaning, laundry and more.

All plans are individual and are designed to make you feel supported and comfortable during this time.

4 week nutrition guide

4 hot tub sessions

4 ozone therapy sessions

4 colon hydrotherapy sessions

4 meditation sessions with Light and Sound Audio Visual System.
